LocalCrew Laguna Niguel Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, slabs, flatwork, foundations, footings, repair, restoration, retaining walls, and concrete masonry. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project requirements.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require:

• A deposit upon contract signing to secure your project date
• Progress payments at agreed-upon project milestones
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on typical weather conditions and material availability. We strive to complete all projects on schedule, but delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen site conditions, or material supply issues. You will be notified promptly of any schedule changes.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and materials as specified in your project contract. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, soil movement, or modifications made by others. Details of your specific warranty will be provided in your contract.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that the site is accessible for our equipment and crew. You are responsible for removing any items that may interfere with the work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your property.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional charges. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has already begun. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract.

Liability

LocalCrew Laguna Niguel Concrete carries appropriate insurance coverage for our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You are responsible for having all utilities located and marked before work begins. We will not be liable for delays or damages beyond our reasonable control.

Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for your project where applicable. You are responsible for ensuring that the proposed work complies with any homeowners association rules or deed restrictions. Additional fees may apply for permit acquisition and related administrative work.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address them promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue mediation before litigation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
